Sales Terms

Terms Of Sale
Thank you for considering purchasing an animal from Icthus Ranch. First and foremost for all of my animals is that they will get a good home, with lots of love!
Transportation
Transporting the animal is up to the buyer.  I will help you as much as I can in this area, researching, figuring up costs, ect.  I will even drive within a reasonable distance to meet you or deliver.
I can fly animals out of the Las Vegas airport, but I will charge $25 in fuel.  The normal cost of a health certificate, which is needing for shipping, is $60.  It is $85 for a carrier (X-large) at out local WalMart, that is how all of my goats are transported.
Another good choice would be a transportation service, like Ron Keener or Edgar Hauling and Transportion.  Both services charge a flat fee for one animal, and add a bit of money for each consecutive animal.

Reserving and Pricing
A $25 non-refundable deposit will hold the animal of your choice for one month, until further arrangements are made.  A 10% discount is offered to 4-H and FFA members (must send a letter from your cordinator stating that you are indeed a member in good standing) and senior citizens.  Multiple purchase discounts are also available.
If boarding, a $1.00 a day fee will be charged.

Guarantee
I will guarantee that all animals sold from Icthus Ranch will be fertile.  If it turns out that the goat can not get bred, I will replace that animal, though I will need a veterinarian's letter stating that the above is true.
I can not guarantee that the goat will stay under height requirements (though I seem to excell in mini-milkers!), nor can I guarantee the mammary system of a doeling.
All goats will be healthy when leaving the Ranch, but shipping can be stressful, leading to a weakened immune system.  I can not say that the goat will not pick up a germ when it gets to its new home.  I will do my best to make sure that your goats are as stress-free as can be, both before leaving and after arrival.

The Buck Thing
I normally wether my buck kids, but occaisionly an exceptional kid comes along.  I wether between 8 and 10 weeks, so if you are interested in a buck kid, please give me a holler.
Thank you again for considering an Icthus Ranch animal.  Please contact me if you have any questions.  I would love to hear from you, and I like keeping in touch with customers, and prospective customers also!
(As seller, I have the right to retain any kids, or increase price unless a deposit is already sent in.)
